Dolphinatics Swimming Academy is based in Pinetown and is a well known learn to swim academy coming out with remarkable results!! We teach from 6 months right up until adults and we teach all abilities.
Our Hours -
Mon - Thurs 9am to 6pm
Friday - CLOSED
Saturday - 7:30am to 12:00pm
We are all year round and our pool is heated in winter times!
We focus on water safety as well as providing a service to all abilities, at the same time making sure our swimmers enjoy their time with us.

Dolphinatics Swimming Academy is a Qualified Academy and is a family run business and owned by Candace Wilkie. We are based in Pinetown and operate all year round with the pool heated in winter times, coming out with absolutely remarkable results.
We start from 6 months old right up until learn to swim adults.
Our academy is based on FUN, but also making sure the kids and adults learn a very important life skill!

What does it cost?
Once off non refundable reg fee of R250
Monthly prices vary, starting from R400.00 + a winter levy charge in colder months.

I’m Jethro McKenzie. I started swimming with Dolphinatics when I was 6 months old. I enjoyed Saturdays in particular as I got to swim with Uncle Andrew. I progressed into a class that was learning the 4 strokes and here I found my love for breastroke.
Aunty Candy always pushed me to give of my best. I owe some of my competitiveness to her. I enjoyed Ally’s classes as they pushed me to be my best. Teaching me to always give of my best especially when no one was looking. I can follow a board with the best of them.
I didn’t swim for the first 8 months of moving to NZ , but joined Swimzone which is a Competitive swim club. I am currently ranked in the top 10 for breastroke in the male 15 year old category in NZ.
In January in the Wellington short course champs I swam against a 21 year old Lewis Clareburt and managed to gain a 5th place in that heat. He has finished his debut in the Tokyo Olympics.
Thank you Andrew, Candace and Ally for giving me a great foundation. I’ll keep you updated.
